[ Method · ThinkFirst ]

Think first.
Operate next.
Scale always.

It's not a slogan. It's the order in which we approach every project.

[ 01 · The method ]

Think first.

Before implementing anything, we understand the business model, the current operation, and the destination. Without a diagnosis there is no informed decision; without an informed decision there is no investment worth making.

Operate after.

Execution is designed in layers: first the back-office that organizes, then the channels that sell, then the integrations that connect. Each layer delivers value on its own.

Scale always.

Scaling is not a project - it is a permanent capability. Automation, agents, and continuous improvement are part of the operating model, not a separate initiative.

[ 02 · Operating principles ]
[ 01 ]

Start small, validate fast, scale what works.

[ 02 ]

Deliver a roadmap before a commercial proposal.

[ 03 ]

Work in visible sprints with deliverables every two weeks.

[ 04 ]

Client operational metrics, not billed hours.

[ 05 ]

Our own product where it adds value; best-in-market where it does not.

[ 06 ]

Truth lives in the data, not in presentations.

The indicators that actually matter

ThinkFirst operates with 15 key indicators divided across four categories. Not vanity metrics - indicators that determine whether your operation is sustainable.

[ Operation ]
  • Fulfillment rate within SLA
  • Post-dispatch incident rate
  • Average resolution time
  • % of manual processes
[ Profitability ]
  • Real net margin per order
  • Real cost of acquisition (CAC)
  • Customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • CAC / LTV ratio - target > 1:3
[ Channel ]
  • Conversion rate by channel
  • Average order value
  • Cost per transaction
  • Return on channel spend
[ Post-purchase ]
  • Return rate
  • Average resolution time
  • CSAT post-service
  • Churn / repeat purchase rate

These 15 indicators sit at the boundary between what sounds important and what actually matters. A conversion rate without margin context tells you nothing. A CAC without LTV is an incomplete number. We review all 15 in the first two weeks of any Diagnose engagement - if something here is not being measured, it is probably not being operated.

[ 04 · Technology stack ]

Stack we use

Reference architecture with technical honesty: what we use, why, and what we do not use.

[ Tool ] [ Role ] [ Why ]
Shopify Commerce Platform Primary engine for mid-market. We manage VTEX, Magento/Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, and custom-built solutions per project requirements.
Node.js, React, Vue Platforms Last-generation open source. Also use Java and .NET for enterprise scale. JavaScript/TypeScript-first for development velocity.
Anthropic Claude + OpenAI AI & LLM Multi-model LLM strategy with best-in-class agents ecosystem. Operational analysis, report generation, autonomous workflows.
AWS + GCP Infrastructure Deep expertise across both cloud platforms. AWS for data-intensive workloads; GCP for scalable ML and analytics pipelines.
Elastic, Datadog, Sentry Monitoring & Observability Comprehensive monitoring stack. Logs, metrics, traces, and error tracking across all production systems.
GitHub / GitLab, PagerDuty, Jira, Confluence Operations & DevOps Integrated operational stack. Source control, incident response, project management, and internal documentation.
Retool, Custom Build, Google + Microsoft Additional Tooling Low-code dashboards (Retool), custom integrations, and enterprise solutions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 ecosystem).
Custom Integrations Agnostic Architecture With our tool stack (Node.js, Python, APIs), we build any integration your business needs. You're not limited to pre-built platforms.
